When will your item ship?

 

Some items such as soaps, essential oils, herbs etc, will ship the next business day. I do my best to have small batch orders such as infused oils, balms, scrubs, and creams finished and shipped within 1- 3 days and the same for custom orders. (Infused oils will take 3-4) This may change if a specialty ingredient is requested. 

 

Large Batch orders for wholesale can take 2 - 4 weeks.

Bigger.Co Refund & Return Policy

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return Policy

To return your product, you should mail your product to Bigger.Co -

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Some purchases are not covered by the right to cancel or Return.
